Our Most Impressive Renovation Before And Afters!

At JM Homes, we have been doing renovation in Brisbane since 2009. We have seen some spectacular transformations along the way, turning outdated structures into luxury homes.

Cedar Creek

In 2020, we revitalised this home in Cedar Creek, just North of Brisbane. The interior was updated and refreshed, which included a redesign of the internal floor plan, moving and removing walls.

We created a new kitchen and living space, moved the main bedroom, redesigned the bathroom, and created a dual office space. Then, we installed new windows and doors in the living areas to overlook the pool and outdoor living areas.

Outside, we installed a new deck with a glass balustrade and a roof, along with block retaining walls and sandstone stairs. We laid concrete to existing veranda areas, built a new shed, and relocated the water tanks.

Cashmere

What a view! Last year, we had the pleasure of working on this home in stunning Cashmere, Queensland. We wanted to give this home the makeover it deserved, so that the owners could sit back and enjoy their surroundings.

The renovation included adding new rooms, fitting three bathrooms, building an extension, upgrading the kitchen, installing new walls, completing repairs, painting and more!

Wooloowin

This home in Wooloowin, Brisbane, received an impressive renovation in 2021. We refreshed its appearance inside and out.

Our renovation turned this outdated structure into a modern, spacious family home. We built a large extension with a new kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and entertainment area. The family also received a carport and a pool to enjoy in summer.
