At this home in Highvale, we added an extension allowing this family more space within their home, as well as an external entertaining space with a dedicated outdoor kitchen and dining.
Internally we have renovated and reconfigured the floor layout, bringing the lounge/family room in line with the new kitchen and dining, while allowing the owners a dedicated gym space overlooking the pool and the stunning views.
The home has new tiles, carpet, and paint throughout. In the rumpus and living spaces we have installed Illume skylights, allowing bright daylight into spaces that might otherwise be darker. A fireplace has been installed providing warmth directly to the main living spaces as well as ambient warmth throughout the home.
